Philip Naviasky

Philip Naviasky (1894-1983) was born In Leeds and studied at Leeds College of Fine Art. In 1912 he was accepted in to the Royal Academy school and went on to study at The Royal College of Art.

Naviasky was a painter of portraits, landscapes and still lifes and exhibited at The Royal Academy, The Royal Society of Portrait Painters and The New English Art Club. He spent his career based in Leeds as an artist and an art teacher at Leeds College of Art. His work is held in a number of public collections.
